Absolutely! With our professional design and technical teams, we can carry out personalized custom production based on the drawings, samples, or detailed technical parameters you provide. Whether it's a complex structural design or special material.

2.What is the process for customizing products?

First of all, please provide your product requirements (including drawings, samples, technical parameters, performance requirements, etc.). Our technical team will evaluate the requirements and communicate the details of the solution and the quotation with you within 24 hours. After both parties confirm the solution and the price, a contract will be signed, and a prepayment will be made. Then we will enter the production stage, during which we will regularly update you on the progress. After the product is completed, it will be shipped after passing strict quality inspection. You will make the final payment after you have inspected and approved the product.

3.How long is the general production cycle?

The production cycle mainly depends on the complexity of the products, the order quantity, and the current production schedule. The mold manufacturing cycle is approximately 4 to 8 weeks. For urgent orders, we can also coordinate resources to provide rush services. The specific time can be negotiated and determined with us.

4.What payment methods are supported?

We support a variety of payment methods, including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), Documents against Payment (D/P), Documents against Acceptance (D/A), Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You can choose according to your specific needs. The specific payment methods and account information will be clearly stated in the contract.

5.What is the payment process?

After signing the contract, you are required to pay 50% of the order amount as a prepayment. We will start arranging production upon receipt of the prepayment. Once the products are completed and pass the quality inspection, we will notify you to pay the balance before delivery. We will arrange the shipment immediately after receiving the balance payment.
