Company Profile
Company History:
Acme Industry (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Was established in May 2017. It is located in Taicang, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. With more than 60 employees. The predecessor of the company was Shanghai ACME which was established in April 2011.
Business Scope:
The company is specializing in precision machining, precision injection molding, casting and mold making.
CNC: We have 5-axis/4-axis CNC machine center, turning & milling machining center, the travel can meet 3 meters that we can machine very big parts and molds. The accuracy can meet 0.003mm.
Injection Molding: The tonnage of our injection molding machine are from 50T-1150T, most of the plastic parts can be made in house.
Mold making: We have laser welding machine and EDM machine so that variety kinds of molds can be made by ourselves. Sometimes if the parts structure cannot be machined in low volume phase, we can also use the EDM machine to make the parts.
Casting parts: We have 150T-800T high pressure casting machine. And we also have many experiences with 3000T high pressure casting parts, Low pressure casting parts and gravity casting parts.
Others: Aluminum extrusions, stamping, vacuum casting, SLA/SLS
We are focusing on sample and small volume production while we are also qualified for mass production: Technical team: Our technical team are skilled in product process design, mold design/simulation and fixture design. We can provide design proposals to customer from the beginning of the projects. We can make the parts with different solutions, so that we can provide the best solution for customer especially in sample and small volume production phase.
Project management: Normally PM will be involved after we get the order. If we meet some complex project, PM will support in early stage.
Quality management: We mostly focus on process quality and final inspection. We have CMM that the travel is 1.8 meters. IATF16949 & ISO9001 certificates are valid.
"Higher quality" and "Faster", that we are always perusing. We believe only in this way we can support our customers to get more business and we can grow together with our customers. Now we have domestic and international customers from auto industry, hydrogen energy industry, military industry etc.
